How long does it take to get the diamond I want?

Most diamonds arrive within 1-3 days.

How do I take delivery of my diamond?

We will send your diamond to the fine jeweler we partner with
in your community and set an appointment for you to view your
diamond as soon as possible.

Why don't you list the name of the jewelry stores you
partner with on your website?

We did originally but too many people were just dropping by to
look at diamonds. Since we are brokers we do not carry diamonds
in stock. So our partner stores asked us not to list their address
until an appointment was set.

What if I want to see and compare several diamonds at the same time?

We understand it is often desirable to see two diamonds side by side before
making a decision. You are welcome to do this as long as you agree
to pay for return shipping on the diamond(s) you don't choose to purchase.

Can you set my new diamond for me?

We encourage our clients to consult with the sales associate at the location
where they pick up their diamond. We have specifically selected fine jewelers
who carry a wide variety of designer rings. Many also do custom designs.

What form of payment do you take?

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, cashier's check, personal check, or Visa and Master Card for an additional 3% processing fee.

What is your guarantee?

We offer a 30 day no questions asked guarantee. You can your return your
diamond for any reason as long as it is not damaged.

Do you offer free shipping?

Of course. We have to. Everyone else does. The only time you will need to pay
for shipping is if you decide to return your diamond selection.

Why don't you sell rings or jewelry?

We have chosen to specialize in diamonds. We want to be the best diamond broker in the country and
we don't think we can do that if we don't stay focused.
