We work very hard to make sure our clients get the best price possible when we negotiate on their behalf with the owner or dealer of the diamond. In the rare case that you see the same diamond for less on another internet site, before you place your order, we will ask the dealer to match that price, as long as we can verify the lower price. In addition the dealer or owner of the diamond must confirm that the internet site that is advertising the diamond is authorized to sell or broker the diamond at the advertised price. The terms of the sale must also be the same. For example, a cash wire price is not the same as a credit card price or a "view the diamond first" price. Beware there are sites that advertise diamonds that they can never get and are only interested in luring you in with a low price in order to sell you a different diamond.
60 Day Return Guarantee
It’s pretty simple, for non fancy shaped diamonds over 1.00ct. You can return your loose diamond for any reason within 60 days of receipt as long as it is not damaged and the original purchase price was less than $10,000.
30 Day Return Guarantee
Our regular 30 day return guarantee is available for every diamond purchase as long as it is not damaged,is returned to our office within 28 days of receiving original payment and/or date diamond was shipped to client, whichever comes first. NADB must have time to overnight diamond to seller and have seller receive diamond within this 30 day period.
Lifetime Trade-in Guarantee
A diamond is forever but everything else changes. Many of our customers will decide to get a larger diamond or a different shape in the years to come. At North American Diamond Brokers we encourage trade-ins by offering you a 100% trade-in allowance.
For any diamond purchase, you will receive the full purchase price as credit toward the purchase of any other diamond of greater value. This guarantee reflects our desire to be your loose diamond dealer of choice, today and for many years.
Complete details regarding the North American Diamond Brokers Lifetime Trade-In Guarantee:
1. Every North American Diamond Brokers purchase comes with the Lifetime Trade-In Guarantee.
2. You will receive the full purchase price for the diamond being traded in.
3. The new diamond must be at least 20% more in price than the purchase price of the original diamond.
4. The trade-in diamond must be in original condition. (no nicks or chips)
5. You are eligible for your first trade-in, two years after your original purchase date and every two years after that.
6. This lifetime guarantee may not be sold or transferred to any other person or group.
Return Shipping
Whether you are returning a diamond that you just wanted to look at or a diamond you purchased within the last thirty days, just return your diamond to the store you picked it up from. You will need to make sure you include the GIA or AGS diamond report. The loose diamond must be in original condition and will be subject to inspection by the store gemologist and North American Diamond Brokers. Your only obligation will be to pay for the shipping, handling and insurance. Your diamond will be shipped Federal Express overnight. If we owe you a refund we will send you a refund as soon as the diamond arrives and the inspection has been done to insure the diamond is the same diamond you purchased and is still in new condition. This usually takes 48 hours.
